Orbit ("we," "our," or "us") operates orbitllm.com and the Orbit platform — an AI-powered marketing intelligence tool that connects to advertising platforms including Google Ads, Meta Ads, TikTok Ads, and Google Analytics. This Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, disclose, and safeguard your information.
2. Google API Services — Limited Use Disclosure
Orbit's use and transfer to any other app of information received from Google APIs will adhere to the Google API Services User Data Policy, including the Limited Use requirements.
Specifically, data obtained through Google APIs is used exclusively to:
- Display your Google Ads and Google Analytics data to you within Orbit
- Generate AI-powered insights and recommendations based on your data
- Provide the core features of the Orbit platform that you have requested
We do not:
- Use Google user data to serve advertisements
- Sell Google user data to third parties
- Use Google user data for any purpose other than providing the Orbit service
- Allow humans to read your Google user data unless you have given explicit permission, it is necessary for security purposes, or required by law
- Transfer Google user data to AI/ML model training
3. Meta Platform Policy — Data Use Disclosure
Orbit's use of data obtained through the Meta (Facebook) Ads API complies with the Meta Platform Terms and the Meta Business Tools Terms.
Data obtained through the Meta Ads API is used exclusively to:
- Display your Meta Ads campaign and account performance data within Orbit
- Generate AI-powered insights and recommendations based on your ad data
- Provide the core features of the Orbit platform that you have requested
We do not:
- Use Meta platform data to serve advertisements or build ad targeting profiles
- Sell or transfer Meta platform data to third parties
- Use Meta platform data for any purpose beyond operating the Orbit service
- Allow humans to read your Meta data except where required for security or legal compliance
- Transfer Meta platform data to AI/ML model training
- Scrape or collect data beyond what is returned by the official Meta Ads API
You can revoke Orbit's Meta access at any time via Orbit Settings → Integrations, or directly through your Facebook App Settings. See our Data Deletion Instructions for full deletion steps.
4. Information We Collect
4.1 Account Information
- Name and email address
- Company name and website
- Payment information (processed by Stripe — we never store card numbers)
4.2 Data from Connected Platforms
When you connect advertising platforms, we access only the data needed to provide our service:
- Google Ads: Campaign names, ad spend, impressions, clicks, conversions, ROAS, and other performance metrics. We request read and write access (scope:
https://www.googleapis.com/auth/adwords) to allow you to make changes such as pausing campaigns and updating budgets from within Orbit. - Google Analytics 4: Sessions, users, bounce rate, traffic sources, and conversion data for websites you own.
- Meta Ads: Ad account data, campaign metrics, audience insights
- TikTok Ads: Campaign performance, ad creative data, analytics
4.3 Usage Data
- Pages visited and features used within Orbit
- Device type, browser, and IP address
- Chat queries and AI interaction logs (to improve response quality)
5. How We Use Your Information
- Provide the Orbit platform and its AI-powered insights
- Display your advertising performance data in the dashboard
- Execute actions you request (e.g., pausing a campaign) on connected platforms
- Process payments and manage your subscription
- Send important service updates and account notifications
- Improve platform reliability and develop new features
- Detect and prevent fraud, abuse, or security incidents
We do not use your advertising data or Google/Meta/TikTok API data to train AI models, sell to third parties, or serve you targeted advertising.
6. Data Sharing and Disclosure
We do not sell your personal information. We share data only with:
- Infrastructure Providers: Supabase (database), Vercel (hosting), Railway (backend services) — under data processing agreements
- AI Processing: Anthropic (Claude) — your advertising data may be sent to Claude to generate insights. Anthropic does not use this data to train models and processes it under strict data handling terms.
- Payment Processing: Stripe — for subscription billing only
- Legal Requirements: When required by law, court order, or to protect our rights and users' safety
7. Platform Permissions and Revocation
When you connect a platform (Google Ads, Meta, TikTok), you authorize Orbit to access your data through that platform's API. We request only the minimum permissions necessary.
You can revoke Orbit's access at any time by:
- Going to Orbit Settings → Integrations and disconnecting the platform
- Revoking directly in your Google Account at myaccount.google.com/permissions
- Contacting us at privacy@orbitllm.com to request immediate disconnection
8. Data Security
We protect your data with TLS encryption in transit, AES-256 encryption at rest, secure OAuth token storage (never stored in plaintext), role-based access controls, and regular security reviews. However, no system is 100% secure — please contact us immediately at privacy@orbitllm.com if you suspect unauthorized access.
9. Data Retention and Deletion
We retain your data for as long as your account is active. When you delete your account:
- Your account information is deleted within 30 days
- OAuth tokens for connected platforms are immediately revoked and deleted
- Cached advertising data is purged within 30 days
- Backup copies may persist for up to 90 days before permanent deletion
To request deletion, email privacy@orbitllm.com with subject line "Data Deletion Request".
10. Your Rights
You have the right to:
- Access — Request a copy of your personal data
- Correct — Update inaccurate information
- Delete — Request deletion of your account and data
- Portability — Export your data in a machine-readable format
- Opt-out — Unsubscribe from marketing communications at any time
- Revoke — Disconnect third-party integrations at any time

11. Cookies
We use essential cookies for authentication sessions and security (CSRF protection). We use analytics cookies (via privacy-respecting tools) to understand how users interact with Orbit. You can disable non-essential cookies in your browser settings without affecting core functionality.
12. Children's Privacy
Orbit is a business tool intended for users 18 and older. We do not knowingly collect information from anyone under 18. If we become aware that a minor has provided data, we will delete it promptly.
13. International Data Transfers
Orbit is operated from the United States. If you access our services from outside the US, your data may be transferred to and processed in the US. We ensure appropriate safeguards (including Standard Contractual Clauses where applicable) are in place for international transfers.

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. We will notify you of material changes via email and by updating the "Last Updated" date above. Continued use of Orbit after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated policy.
