How to Delete Your Data

If you connected your Meta (Facebook) account to Orbit, you can request that we delete all associated data from our systems. Orbit stores only the OAuth access token needed to read your ad account data — we do not store individual ad performance records, creative assets, or audience data on our servers.

Option 1 — Delete via Orbit Settings

1. Log in to your Orbit account at orbitllm.com/login
2. Go to Settings → Integrations
3. Find the Meta Ads integration and click Disconnect
4. This immediately revokes Orbit's access token and deletes your Meta credentials from our database

Option 2 — Revoke via Facebook

1. Go to your Facebook account's App Settings
2. Find Orbit in your connected apps list
3. Click Remove

This immediately revokes Orbit's access. Any cached tokens on our end will become invalid and will be purged within 24 hours.

Option 3 — Email Request

Email us at privacy@orbitllm.com with the subject line "Data Deletion Request" and include the email address associated with your Orbit account. We will delete all your data within 30 days and send you a confirmation email.

What Gets Deleted

• Your Orbit account profile and login credentials
• OAuth access tokens for Meta (and all other connected platforms)
• Your linked ad account IDs and nicknames
• Chat history and AI interaction logs
• Any saved reports or snapshots

Note: Deleting your data from Orbit does not delete your Meta ad account or any data within Meta's own systems. To delete your Facebook data, visit Facebook's data deletion page.
