4. Third-Party Integrations

Orbit integrates with third-party platforms (Google Ads, Meta Ads, TikTok Ads, Shopify, Stripe, etc.). By connecting these services:

• You grant Orbit permission to access your data from these platforms
• You represent that you have the authority to grant such access
• You agree to comply with the terms of service of each third-party platform
• You acknowledge that we are not responsible for the actions or policies of third-party platforms
• You can revoke access at any time through your account settings

• Infringe on intellectual property rights

6. AI-Generated Content

7. Payment and Billing

• Subscription fees are billed in advance on a recurring basis
• You authorize us to charge your payment method for all fees
• Prices are subject to change with 30 days' notice
• Refunds are provided at our discretion
• Failure to pay may result in service suspension or termination
